Repair: Iomega Minimax External HDD disassembly

Iomega Minimax External HDD disassembly

Problem: No power. Blue light on the front flickers once when powered up
Solution: Re soldered the DC socket. Re flowed the chips and performed a continuity test on the components.
Fixed? No. I suspect one of the Chips have died but without an Oscilloscope to test the chips I am unable to repair.
